How to use Logo Carousel in Elementor

Place a logo showcase you built with Logo Carousel into any Elementor page, using the Logo Carousel Saved Template widget.

Elementor has its own editor, so Logo Carousel's blocks don't appear in it directly. Instead, you save your showcase as a Saved Template (a reusable copy of a logo showcase you designed in the block editor) and add it with the Logo Carousel Saved Template widget. The showcase previews live in the Elementor canvas, and it stays in sync: edit the template once and every Elementor page that uses it updates.

You can do this in 2 steps

  1. Get a Saved Template readyTurn on the Elementor integration and make sure you have a published template.
  2. Add it in ElementorDrop the Logo Carousel Saved Template widget on your page and pick the template.

Before you start

  • Logo Carousel (free or Pro) and Elementor are both installed and active.
  • The Saved Templates module is on. It is by default; see Modules.
  • You have at least one published Saved Template. New to them? Create one first. It takes a couple of minutes.

Part 1: Get a Saved Template ready

Step 1: Turn on the Elementor integration

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Logo Carousel → Settings.
  2. Click Integrations in the left-hand menu.
  3. Make sure the Elementor switch is on.

It's on by default, and it saves the moment you flip it. There's no Save button to look for.

Step 2: Check your template

  1. Go to Logo Carousel → Getting Started and click the Saved Templates tab.
  2. Find the template you want to show. Only published templates appear in Elementor, so check its status in the Date column.
  3. Optional: click its shortcode to copy it. You only need it for the shortcode route below.

Part 2: Add it in Elementor

Step 3: Open your page with Elementor

  1. Go to Pages and open the page you want the showcase on (or create a new one).
  2. Click Edit with Elementor in the top toolbar.

You can also hover the page in the Pages list and click Edit with Elementor there.

Step 4: Add the Logo Carousel Saved Template widget

  1. In the Elements panel on the left, type Logo Carousel into the search box. Without searching, you'll find it in the Basic section.
  2. Drag Logo Carousel Saved Template onto the page, into the Drag widget here area or any section you already have.

Two widgets? Pick "Saved Template"

You'll also see Logo Carousel Shortcode. That one is for showcases made the older way, under Manage Views. For anything built with blocks, use Logo Carousel Saved Template. See Classic views in Elementor.

Step 5: Pick your template and publish

  1. With the widget selected, open the Saved Template dropdown on the Content tab, under Settings. You can type to filter a long list.
  2. Choose your template. The showcase appears in the canvas.
  3. Style the section around it as usual, then click Publish (or Update).

Open the page on the front end to see the finished result.

Prefer a shortcode?

Elementor's own Shortcode widget works just as well:

  1. Copy the template's shortcode from the Saved Templates tab (Step 2).
  2. Search the Elements panel for Shortcode and drag that widget onto the page.
  3. Paste the shortcode, for example [lc_template id="123"], and publish.

You don't get the dropdown or the template buttons, but the showcase on the page is identical.

Classic views in Elementor

If you still use showcases created under Logo Carousel → Manage Views, the plugin adds a second widget, Logo Carousel Shortcode, in the same Basic section. Pick your view in its Logo Carousel Pro Shortcode(s) dropdown (Logo Carousel Free Shortcode(s) in the free plugin). This widget is available whenever Elementor is active; the Integrations switch doesn't affect it. Learn more in the Classic Version section.

Good to know

  • The two buttons under the dropdown open a new tab. Edit This Template opens the chosen template in the block editor, and Add New Template starts a new one. Your Elementor page stays open in its own tab. After you update the template, reload the Elementor editor to see the change.
  • Changes flow through. Edit the template in the block editor and every Elementor page using it updates. Clear your page cache if you don't see the change.
  • Removing the template breaks the spot. If a template is unpublished or deleted, the widget shows "Template not found or not published." on the page. Pick another template, or republish it.
